Jessica has a deep background in finance and banking in 2011 became a business owner as a Massage Therapist. Jessica is a Marine Wife and spent twenty years experiencing the challenges of relocating all over the United States and sometimes across the world. In 2015 Jessica became a Real Estate Professional in order to better assist her husband (Wade) with his growing real estate business.

She currently serves as Wade’s licensed assistant and (as the Queen of Excel) is commonly employed by the company to train and maintain the Osage Beach office Executive Assistant position. Her and Wade live on the on Osage Beach and have a daughter that lives near Fort Leonard Wood.

Wade Covington

Wade is a retired US Marine (2012) and is married to Jessica, who is also a Real Estate Professional in the Osage Beach Office. Wade spent 20+ years as a US Marine filling several different billets that had a large impact on his life beyond the Marine Corps. As one of the first Marine Martial Arts Instructor-Trainers, Wade Instructed Marines across the United States in basic and advance fighting techniques.

Later, as a classroom instructor, Wade instructed thousands of Marines and was selected several times as the top instructor while also being certified as a Master Instructor. This experience is what Wade believes helped hone his effective communication skills and allows him to better his clients.

After leaving the Marine Corps, Wade was hired by Lowe’s Home improvement as a Store Manager. This role also gave Wade insight into better helped him advise his clients on options when it comes to home improvement, selling and what to watch for when buying.

As a National Association of Realtors certified Military relocation Specialist, Wade still serves Veterans in Fort Leonard Wood area Active Duty that are relocating from outside the area. Wade has been awarded several Century 21 Awards to include, #1 State Producer, Multiple Pinnacle Quality Service Awards, Centurion Award, Masters Ruby and Masters Emerald. Wade holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business.

She then spent the next ten years in various customer service industries. She possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail. Gina has lived in the Saint Robert/Waynesville, MO area for close to six years and is very familiar with the military relocation process, being a military spouse herself. As a result, it gives his clients a maximum opportunity of home ownership. Derek has also spent several years as an Insurance Agent operating his own Agency. Just as in lending, this experience has allowed Derek to be a deep resource for his Real Estate clients when advising them.

With almost 20 years as a Real Estate investor, Derek has experienced both the buying and selling side as a consumer. On most of these properties, Derek has made minor and major improvements himself, exposing him to the many challenges of asset management. As a result of this experience, he has witnessed and negotiated home inspections, appraisals, Real Estate contracts and rental agreements. This gives Derek a unique perspective to the Real Estate industry and extensive experience on the process.

Although no stranger to the Lake area, Derek is a life-long resident of central Missouri, and loves serving his clients state-wide. Derek enjoys home renovations, classic cars, his family and friends and any time he can spend at or on the Lake. Derek graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration

Dawn is the wife of a military man who fought in Iraq and the mother two great kids. She was fortunate enough to stay at home while her children were young. Her daughter attends Logan University of Chiropractic and her son is in high school. Dawn decided that it was time to enter the next chapter of her life, so she studied hard and got her Real Estate License. Dawn has live in Missouri since she was a kid. She spent her teen years in the St. Charles County. After getting married, she moved to Morgan County so her husband could be closer to his job at the Army National Guard in Jefferson City. Dawn loves to hunt, fish and camp. She has traveled to many beautiful places to do so, but none match the Lake of the Ozarks, which is why she settled in Versailles as her forever home. Dawn loves meeting new people and helping make people’s ream of home ownership come true. She is a great listener and promises you that she will work with you to find the perfect home for your family!
